A-Listers Liability Waiver and Release

By participating in any A-Listers event (the “Event”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

You understand that participation in A-Listers events is completely voluntary and may involve risks, including injury, illness, or property damage.

2. Assumption of Risk

You knowingly assume all risks associated with attending or participating in A-Listers activities, including travel, physical activities, or interactions with others.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless A-Listers LLC, its officers, organizers, volunteers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in any Event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

4. Medical Treatment

You consent to receive reasonable first aid and medical treatment if necessary, and agree to pay all associated costs.

5. Media Consent

You grant A-Listers the right to use photos, video, or audio from events for promotional or archival purposes, without compensation.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend A-Listers against any claims arising from your conduct, participation, or violation of these Terms.

7. Acknowledgment

By attending any A-Listers event or checking an RSVP box online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
